Through this partnership, the Chicago-based printed packaging provider will incorporate HP Indigo brand protection technologies across Isagenix’s new digitally-printed cartons, labels and multi-panel labels.

Nosco Launches Covert Security Solution Utilizing HP Indigo Invisible Inks

GURNEE, IL ­– November 1, 2018 – Nosco, Inc., a subsidiary of Holden Industries, Inc., announced today that it will expand its brand protection portfolio with a new covert security solution utilizing HP Indigo Invisible Inks. To support the launch, the digital print leader will dedicate a production line on its HP Indigo WS6600 Digital Press to print covert security elements utilizing HP Indigo ElectroInk Invisible Yellow (visible only under UV light) and HP Indigo Security ElectroInk 523 (infrared ink). The solution will offer brand owners total transparency with full covert serialization printing of both barcodes and serial numbers.

With this investment, Nosco will be more broadly equipped to serve the needs of its growing customer base by adding:

  • Significantly greater capacity to produce folding cartons
  • An additional carton facility for redundancy in operations, completing a goal to have facility redundancy for all significant product offerings

Through the acquisition of Gooding, Nosco will add an additional manufacturing facility on the east coast that will help reduce lead times, lower packaging costs and provide an expanded portfolio of folded literature.
