Additional carton line assets at Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin facility to provide next-level growth opportunities at Nosco.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI – SEPTEMBER 21, 2022 – Nosco, Inc., a subsidiary of Holden Industries, Inc., announced today bold growth plans to scale up carton production at its Wisconsin-based Packaging Innovation Center by 125 million units in 2023. The new high-volume carton line will be housed in Nosco’s recently expanded 271,000-square-foot headquarters facility, and will help catapult the company into next-level growth. The scaling up of Nosco’s carton production line is aligned with the company’s facility optimization and automation strategies, and is expected to begin later this year.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI – MAY 24, 2022 – Nosco, Inc., a subsidiary of Holden Industries, Inc., was recently honored by Congress at its On_Demand Solutions Center in Bristol, Pennsylvania by Pennsylvania District 1 Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick. During the March 2022 visit, Congressman Fitzpatrick presented the Nosco team with an American flag that had been flown over the U.S. Capitol and a certificate that states:

“In recognition of your company’s efforts in serving those in the healthcare industry and for your committed life-saving relief efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Company expands headquarters facility by 98,000 square feet – now totaling 271,000 square feet. 

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI – MARCH 7, 2022 – Nosco, Inc., a subsidiary of Holden Industries, Inc., announced today the expansion of its Wisconsin-based Packaging Innovation Center and headquarters facility to 271,000 square feet. The facility expansion will support added capacity and growth, as well as the ability to implement supply chain solutions for the warehousing of raw materials and finished goods.

We are excited to announce that our new headquarters facility and Packaging Innovation Center has earned the Idealliance G7^® Master Qualification. Idealliance^® is a not-for-profit industry group dedicated to guiding print production best practices, specifications, and standards, worldwide. Through this qualification, Nosco joins a select group of print service providers that have successfully completed print production training, examination and qualification processes, validating their capabilities to the highest level of global industry standards and specifications.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI – JULY 12, 2021 – Nosco, Inc., a subsidiary of Holden Industries, Inc., announced today the beginning of carton and label production at its new 175,000 square-foot Packaging Innovation Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The facility will provide redundant product capabilities that will expand Nosco’s efforts into a new era of printed packaging with continued focus on quality, innovation and growth for the healthcare industry.

In 2019, there was little to no price volatility or material disruption for the over $40 million of raw materials Nosco bought to make its end-products. Then, in late Q1 2020, COVID-19 was thrust upon the global supply chains.  

As previously announced in November of 2020, Nosco will soon open a new site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The new facility will provide ample manufacturing space and office areas for a consolidated workforce – all while serving as the new corporate headquarters for Nosco. We will call it the Packaging Innovation Center.
