At the start of 2017, Nosco began conducting monthly customer satisfaction surveys to gain insight on what customers like you think about our products and services.
So far, two surveys have been sent out and completed. These 10-question surveys gather important information on areas such as quality, delivery, estimating and CAD, just to name a few. We look at each participant’s individual survey results, and if we don’t receive an overall rating of 8 or above, a group of our employee owners propose a business improvement plan to help ensure we can better serve you in the future.

Filling out the survey takes about 5 minutes and all those who participate receive a Tervis® Tumbler for their time. Everyone loves these fun and colorful drinking glasses… and the cool graphics inside of the cups are printed right here at Nosco!
